This high quality is obtained through various controls ranging from the inspection of the product from a health industrial point of view to the animals “ante” and “post mortem” inspection, that is, reception, manipulation, transformation, elaboration, preparation, conservation, packing, warehousing, labeling, transit and consumption of any of the products or subproducts, vegetable added or not, aimed or not at human nourishment.
